Cancel a subscription

On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Caly. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.

Restore a purchase

In Caly: Settings → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you paid with.

Fix a wrong reading

Open the meal and tap Fix Issue. Tell Caly what’s off and it recalculates in seconds.

Delete your account

In Caly: Settings → Account → Delete Account. It erases your profile, meals and weigh-ins.

Apple Health

In Caly: Settings → Apple Health. You can also switch each permission in the Health app.

Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com — we’ll help if it’s stuck.
